AEQUITA acquires Glassolutions Nederland from Saint-Gobain
AEQUITA completed the acquisition of Glassolutions in the Netherlands, the Dutch glass transformation business from Saint-Gobain. With about 300 employees at 8 distribution sites and 4 production sites, the company generated revenues of around EUR 65 million in 2018.
Glassolutions Nederland is a market leader in the Dutch market. The company is specialized in the processing, transforming, and the distribution of different types of glass for the building industry. Processing includes cutting, washing, toughening and lacquering of sheet glass. It processes interior glass, insulating glass, mirrors, heated glass and façade glass, among others. Glassolutions Nederland will continue to promote the innovative glass products from Saint-Gobain Glass.
