GCA Altium acted as exclusive financial adviser on the sale of Privatklinik Jägerwinkel to Oberberggruppe

GCA Altium advised the shareholder of Privatklinik Jägerwinkel, a private medical clinic in Southern Germany, on the sale to Oberberggruppe, the leading operator of psychiatric clinics in Germany.

Oberberggruppe is driving strategic growth with the integration of the Jägerwinkel private clinic at the Tegernsee Lake. The clinic group is expanding its treatment range to include a multimodal interdisciplinary therapy concept for the prevention, treatment and rehabilitation of orthopaedic, psychosomatic, internal and cardiological diseases.

Dr Martin Marianowicz and Yvonne Marianowicz have developed Privatklinik Jägerwinkel into an internationally recognised specialist clinic in the last 15 years. Patients from Germany and abroad are cared for with a therapy concept, which Dr Martin Marianowicz as Medical Director, will also make available to existing and new locations of Oberberggruppe.

Oberberggruppe, headquartered in Berlin, is a clinic group founded more than 30 years ago with currently ten clinics in the fields of psychiatry, psychosomatics and psychotherapy at nine locations in Germany.
