HCP advises inno-EDV GmbH
HCP Switzerland, a global independent Swiss M&A boutique, is pleased to announce that it served as the exclusive financial advisor to inno‑EDV GmbH, an established ITaaS provider based in Innsbruck and Ehrwald, in its successful acquisition by accompio GmbH, a strategic IT services platform backed by EOS Partners. HCP guided the transaction from strategic positioning to deal close, leveraging its deep market experience in the DACH IT sector.
With this acquisition, accompio establishes its first Austrian business unit, expanding its regional footprint in Tyrol and parts of southern Bavaria. The integration of inno‑EDV’s strong expertise in Modern Workplace, VoIP, WLAN, Cloud Services, Hardware, and End User Support complements accompio’s portfolio and strengthens both regional customer proximity and service scope.
