The company has established a strong presence across France, the United Kingdom, and now Germany, reinforcing its leadership in the European market.
doIT solutions GmbH, established in 2011 by Dominik Oestreicher and based in Gelnhausen, Germany, is a recognised specialist in cybersecurity services, particularly managed SOC. The company has built a solid reputation for supporting mid-sized enterprises with innovative solutions such as its “SOC-in-a-Box” offering. In 2024, doIT solutions achieved €12 million in turnover and employs a team of 30 professionals.
The acquisition aims to accelerate I-TRACING’s international expansion and strengthen its position in Europe’s largest cyber markets. By combining their shared values and complementary expertise, I-TRACING and doIT solutions GmbH will enhance operational synergies and deliver comprehensive, cutting-edge cybersecurity services to clients across the DACH region and beyond.
