Capiton successfully sells CymbiQ Group companies to Adnovum
Capiton V has successfully completed the sale of CymbiQ Group companies iSPIN and Koch IT to Adnovum. With this step, both companies join a Swiss-based strategic buyer whose platform, culture, and capabilities provide a solid long‑term home for the teams and their clients.
iSPIN, a well‑established Managed Security Service Provider with a Swiss Security Operating Center (SOC) and 40 specialists in cybersecurity and ICT solutions, complements Adnovum’s identity, access management and broader security portfolio. Koch IT, with 25 employees, enhances Adnovum’s offering with IT Engineering, software engineering, and project services for organizations with stringent information‑security requirements, particularly in the public sector.
Adnovum’s integrated model covers consulting, development, operations, and 24/7 security monitoring, supporting continuity and future development for clients and employees. Samuel Bärfuss, currently CEO of iSPIN and Koch IT, will remain on board and shape the integration together with the Adnovum leadership team, thereby ensuring continuity.
