Accursia Capital acquires Siegthalerfabrik GmbH from Wolf Holding GmbH & Co. KG
Siegthalerfabrik GmbH (www.siegthaler.de), founded in 1905, is an internationally active company based in Siegen and employs over 40 people. The focus of Siegthalerfabrik GmbH is on ring and flange production. These are used in the fields of wind power plants, pipeline construction, shipbuilding and mechanical engineering, industrial furnaces, autoclaves as well as tank and apparatus construction.
Today it is a specialist manufacturer of large-volume components for various industries and obtained the first European patent for a flange system connecting two structural components without bolts. Since 1996, Siegthaler has been manufacturing for one of the pillars in the growth sector of renewable energies.
