Arcus IT acquires managed services provider Itass

IT service provider Arcus IT Group, with seven branches across the Netherlands, has acquired industry partner Itass from Emmen. Arcus IT welcomes the 25 employees of Itass and adds a new office location in the Netherlands. Pride Capital Partners has been a financial partner in Arcus IT’s buy and build strategy since May 2020. The acquisition of Itass is the fourth acquisition since Pride Capital Partners stepped in.

Itass was founded in 2002 and has built up a specialization in workplace automation in the following years. With specific industry knowledge of financial services, automotive, industry/production and real estate, Itass mainly serves organizations in the North-Eastern part of the Netherlands. Itass’ services cover all workplace issues: Cloud solutions, security, telephony and management. This makes the activities fit perfectly in the service of Arcus IT.
