Dileoz receives a € 2.5M growth investment from new strategic partner Pride Capital Partners

Pride Capital Partners has invested 2.5 million euro into Dileoz, an HR Software company with a client focus in the governmental industry in Belgium. The financial support of Pride Capital Partners will be used to further develop its own proprietary software and scale the company internationally accordingly. Furthermore, Dileoz and Pride Capital Partners will be open to engage in external strategic partnerships and acquisitions together.

Dileoz is based in Zaventem and was founded in 2008 by a team of 3 experienced HR Software experts. The company currently works with 35 FTE, which are all based in Belgium. Dileoz started as a value-added reseller of the Oracle HR solution called Peoplesoft, after which they have shifted to a proprietary product company. They started building their own proprietary software called Dileoz Payment Platform (or ‘DPP’) in 2016 and went live with first clients in 2019. DPP is used as a payroll engine. It includes a full HR ERP solution for the end-to-end management of payroll settlement.

Dileoz Payroll Platform provides a total software solution for HR & Payroll, with total integration and automation of salary calculation, staff planning, management of available people, time registration, budgeting, recruitment, evaluation and education.

An impressive client base has been established with the new DPP software since 2019. Clients are mainly governmental bodies and municipalities, all based in Belgium (mainly Flanders). Bpost, the city of Brugge and province of East-Flanders are amongst their clients.

Dileoz is ready to scale up even more and take advantage of growth opportunities by using the right investments. Building out DPP in combination with scaling to the Walloon area and The Netherlands is one of the main goals for the coming years. Pride Capital Partners will help Dileoz both financially and strategically to make it the leading specialist in payroll settlement management.

Guido Dierckx – Founder and CEO of Dileoz: “We believe in the power of software for the handling of salaries. Organizations want to make the handling of salaries, which includes amongst others time registration, planning reporting and talent education, as efficient and automized as possible. Additionally, employees want to receive their correct salary on time and want to see all data of their own dossier. Also they want themselves to request absences and benefits via the self-service functions. It is our vision to build Dileoz into a leading HR player for payroll settlement in the Benelux region for institutions and governmental related organizations. We see Pride Capital as a powerful partner that will financially support our further product development and drive our combined strategy in the coming years.”

Lars van ‘t Hoenderdaal – Managing Partner Pride Capital Partners: “Dileoz has invested in her leading payroll platform in recent years. Due to its extensive experience in this market, recurring client relations and strong product, the organization is in the ideal position to grow into a leading player for payroll settlement in Belgium and abroad. We are impressed with their scalability and strong management team and look forward to actively supporting them in their further growth plans.”
