The Commercial Vendor Due Diligence included a comprehensive analysis of inprotec’s business model and product portfolio, especially taking into account the sustainability of its offered technologies. The size and development of the addressed market were analysed with a particular focus on the impact of different end-applications, technologies, and emerging materials in need of drying or granulation services. In addition, the Company’s competitive environment was thoroughly evaluated, highlighting inprotec’s unique mass production capabilities paired with price leadership. Further, the Commercial Vendor Due Diligence provided a detailed business plan assessment and additional value creation opportunities.
