Founded in 1973, SIKORA is a market leader and hidden champion in measurement, inspection and control technology systems for a wide range of industries. Headquartered in Bremen, the company offers innovative solutions and customer-centric service with roughly 450 employees and 13 international subsidiaries. The company, which has grown at a double-digit organic growth rate over the last three years with a robust outlook, generated approximately Euro 100 million in revenue in 2024.

The Deal

Lincoln International acted as the exclusive M&A advisor to the shareholders of SIKORA in the company’s succession planning and sale process. The founder and management of SIKORA sold their shares to Dover Corporation for Euro 550 million in cash, subject to customary adjustments. SIKORA will become part of Dover’s MAAG operating unit within Dover’s Pumps & Process Solutions segment. Dover and MAAG are committed to supporting SIKORA’s future growth strategy and continuing its success story.
