Noerr berät RIB Software SE im Rahmen eines Übernahmeangebots, das Schneider Electric heute angekündigt hat. Das Übernahmeangebot ist Teil einer zwischen der RIB Software SE und Schneider Electric vereinbarten Partnerschaft, die in einem Business Combination Agreement festgehalten wurde, und bewertet RIB Software SE mit rund 1,4 Milliarden Euro.
