Raymond James advises IntegrityNext on the strategic growth investment from EQT 

The Deal

  • IntegrityNext (the “Company”), a leading sustainability software platform dedicated to enabling supply chain transparency and regulatory compliance, announced today that EQT Growth, a leading global growth private equity fund, has signed a definitive agreement to make a strategic growth investment in the Company
  • EQT Growth will join the co-founding management in a co-control partnership, alongside other existing private investors, while the management will continue to lead the Company

Deal Rationale

  • The Company’s cloud-based platform enables enterprises to assess risk and monitor a large portion of their supply chain for ESG metrics and compliance, allowing them to meet stakeholder demands and regulatory requirements
  • The platform has grown to serve more than 200 customers, including Siemens Gamesa, Infineon, SwissRe, Kion and Hilti. To date, the company monitors almost 1 million suppliers in more than 190 countries
  • IntegrityNext has also partnered and integrated with leading enterprise software tools, including Celonis, Coupa and SAP, allowing it to offer supply chain assessments across numerous major industries
  • This new round of investment aims to further support the Company’s expansion strategy and product build-out through continued organic growth acceleration

  • Raymond James acts as exclusive financial advisor to IntegrityNext and its shareholders
  • The transaction is expected to close in April 2023
