Henry McGovern, Gründer und langjähriger CEO des europäischen Multikonzept-Gastronomen AmRest übernimmt mit seiner Holdinggesellschaft McWin 49% der Anteile an der dean&david-Gruppe von Hermann Weiffenbach.

Seit seinem Ausstieg bei AmRest verfolgt der Amerikaner Henry McGovern als Investor unterschiedliche Projekte in der internationalen Gastronomie und im Food-Bereich.

Die Fresh-Casual-Restaurantmarke dean&david wurde von David Baumgartner 2007 gegründet und hat zwischenzeitlich 150 Standorte in Deutschland, Österreich, der Schweiz, Luxemburg und Katar.
