Telescope Advisory Partners has advised Afinum Management GmbH (“Afinum”) with Commercial Due Diligence services on the acquisition of Objektkultur Software GmbH (“Objektkultur”), a Germany-based full-scale cloud solutions and services provider.
Founded in 2004, Objektkultur is a Germany-based cloud solutions and services provider with a major focus on (Microsoft) CRM, ERP as well as custom software development. Through the company’s extensive service offering which is accompanied by covered key areas such as cloud security, analytics & AI or automation, the whole cloud adoption of customers is supported by operating as strategic cloud partner.
