3T.LAW hat gemeinsam mit WB Legal als exklusive deutsche Rechts- und Steuerrechtsberater die Artemis Capital Partners, eine Beteiligungsgesellschaft (Family Office) aus München, beim Erwerb der in Deutschland und Polen operativ tätigen Lüttgens-Gruppe begleitet. Zum polnischen Recht und Steuerrecht beriet käuferseitig die Sozietät DSK, Poznan.

Die Lüttgens-Gruppe ist ein international tätiger Spezialist für Bauteile aus thermoplastischen Kunststoffen und seit über 75 Jahren als Hersteller von technischen Spritzgießteilen und Baugruppen aus thermoplastischen Kunststoffen bekannt.  Die Verkäuferseite wurde durch TIGGES Rechtsanwälte an den Standorten Düsseldorf und Kattowitz begleitet.
