Bright Capital arranges senior financing for sponsor backed Kebos Group

Bright Capital is pleased to announce its support for Constellation to finance the primary buy-out of KEBOS Group – a full-service provider specialising in water and air hygiene with operating offices in Germany and Austria.

We arranged a senior secured debt package including a unitranche for the initial buy-out of the Group supplemented by a committed hunting line for future acquisitions to fully support the Sponsor’s buy-and-build strategy across German-speaking countries.

We consider Kebos a highly attractive investment given its stable and proven business model with considerable scale-up potential in a very fragmented yet resilient and growing market. The Group’s strong market position is protected by a favourable regulatory environment, the mission-critical nature of its services and a diversified and long-standing customer base providing for a high share of repeating business.

The deal team at Bright Capital comprised Felix Förster (Investment Director), Charlotte Arkenberg (Investment Associate), and Lukas Rohsiepe (Investment Associate).

This transaction marks the starting point of a successful and trustful relationship with CONSTELLATION CAPITAL – special thanks to the deal team lead by Raffael Rupprechter and Stefan Jochum for the fast and cooperative process. We are looking forward to the next opportunity.
