Coro, a leading cybersecurity platform purpose-built for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), announced it has secured $100 million in Series D funding led by One Peak, with participation from existing investors Energy Impact Partners and Balderton Capital.
Scope of Work
Code & Co. advised One Peak on Tech & Product Due Diligence through a detailed evaluation of Coro’s software architecture, infrastructure, technology stack, cybersecurity measures, open-source and third party practices. Following this, Code & Co. assessed Coro’s product strategy, KPIs, and operational methods. The process concluded with an evaluation of its engineering department structure, software development lifecycle, and its approach to certification and regulatory compliance.
