EMERAM raised finance for the acquisition of hochfrequenz

We have advised EMERAM Capital Partners (EMERAM) on raising finance for its investment in hochfrequenz Unternehmensberatung GmbH (hochfrequenz), a leading consultancy to the utilities sector.
