The private owner of H. & F. Lauterjung GmbH & Co. and Friedrich Eller GmbH & Co., Solingen,  Germany, sold the shares of both companies to Schneider GmbH, Albershausen, Germany. Both companies provide utensils for professionals in the food processing industry.
