All Seas Capital appoints Dominik Simler to investment team
All Seas Capital, a pan-European private capital firm that provides transformational capital solutions to leading founder- and entrepreneur-owned companies, is pleased to announce the appointment of Dominik Simler as a Senior Advisor. Dominik’s appointment further strengthens All Seas Capital’s investment team, following the recent hire of Frederic Chiche as Head of France. With over 20 years of experience in finance and private equity, Dominik has an extensive track record in deploying equity and hybrid capital throughout the pan-European mid-market. His career has also seen him lead complex strategic, operational, and financial initiatives, as well as represent both controlling and minority shareholders on various boards.
Prior to joining All Seas Capital, Dominik was Partner & Head of DACH at L-GAM Advisors, where he led investments across the German-speaking regions. His previous roles also include senior positions at AEA Investors and Investcorp, where he gained significant experience working with family offices and institutional investors. Dominik holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in International Business, Finance, and Economics from the University of Manchester and is a US-GAAP Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
