Astera Legal advises TeamVet on Group (re-) financing
Munich, 4 February 2025 – Astera Legal has once again successfully advised TeamVet Beteiligungs GmbH (“TeamVet”), a leading network of veterinary clinics and practices in Germany, on the (re-) financing of the Group. The transaction was successfully completed in January 2025 and underlines Astera Legal’s continued role as a trusted legal partner for TeamVet. Under the terms of this latest deal, Astera Legal provided TeamVet with comprehensive legal counsel in structuring and negotiating the financing arrangements.
This new financing will provide TeamVet with enhanced flexibility to continue its buy-and-build growth strategy, further investing in veterinary practices and related service offerings. The transaction highlights the growing interest of financial institutions in the stable and resilient veterinary services market, which continues to see strong consumer demand and robust investor interest.
