Benchmark International Successfully Facilitated the Transaction Between SEAK Software GmbH and YUVENDA GmbH

Benchmark International is proud to announce the successful completion of a strategic transaction in which YUVENDA GmbH has acquired SEAK Software GmbH, a leading provider of workforce management solutions.

SEAK Software GmbH, headquartered in northern Germany, was founded in 1997 by Andreas Knüpfer. The company develops workforce management software mainly for customers in retail industries. SEAK’s solutions are designed to increase productivity, improve employee retention, and ensure compliance with legal regulations, supporting businesses in optimising their workforce operations.

The acquirer, YUVENDA GmbH, is a portfolio company of LEA Partners GmbH and is based in Frankfurt am Main. YUVENDA is a leading operating system for mid-market retailers in DACH offering ERP, POS and Workforce-Management software to more than 3,500 customers.

Under the terms of the transaction, YUVENDA GmbH acquired 100% of the shares from the three shareholders of SEAK Software GmbH. Founder Andreas Knüpfer will remain involved with the business in an advisory capacity, while shareholders Patrick Rogalski and Dagmar Rogalski will continue with the company. The transaction reflects the growing demand for integrated workforce management solutions and highlights the strategic value of combining complementary expertise within the technology sector.
