We have advised MONTI Surface Tech Group BV backed by BBOF VI Holding C.V. (Bencis) on raising acquisition finance to support its investment in MONTI TopCo BV and its subsidiaries, including Monti-Werkzeuge GmbH (MontiPower), a leading manufacturer of high-performance surface preparation technology, tools, and supplies.
