ACTIVE M&A Experts GmbH, Düsseldorf, hat die französische CADDENZ und ihre deutsche Tochtergesellschaft Caupamat Deutschland GmbH im Zusammenhang mit dem Erwerb sämtlicher Geschäftsanteile an der VSS Verkehrs-Sicherungs-Systeme GmbH im Wege eines Share Deals beraten.

CADDENZ ist ein wichtiger Akteur im europäischen Markt für die Vermietung von Beschilderungslösungen und Sicherheitsausrüstungen und beschäftigt über 350 Mitarbeiter in 27 Büros in ganz Europa. Die VSS Verkehrs-Sicherheits-Systeme GmbH hat sich auf Sicherheits- und Signalinfrastrukturlösungen für Baustellen und Veranstaltungen spezialisiert und ist vornehmlich auf dem Markt Bayern tätig. Die Akquisition erfolgt vor dem Hintergrund der auch auf Deutschland bezogenen Buy-and-Build-Strategie von CADDENZ.
