CCIT Group acquires Logos Consult and scales its ERP business

The acquisition of Business Central specialist Logos Consult adds more than 20 employees and over DKK 30M in annual revenue to CCIT Group. It is the group’s third acquisition of 2026 and strengthens the ERP & AI business area, where Logos Consult joins Nubiz and Discoverr.

CCIT Group has acquired Logos Consult, a Danish ERP company founded in 1997 that delivers solutions built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. The acquisition adds more than 20 specialists and a long-standing Danish customer base to CCIT Group’s ERP & AI business area.

Nubiz and Logos Consult both work on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Together they give the group more capacity and a deeper bench of specialists to develop and service customers. Discoverr adds advanced AI and automation capabilities on top of the ERP platform, so that customers can get more value and insight from the systems they already run.

Strengthening the Business Central business

CCIT Group’s ERP & AI business area is led by Thomas Klavsen, CEO of Nubiz. With Logos Consult, the Business Central business gains additional specialists and customers, and the ambition is to put capabilities and capacity to work across the companies wherever it creates value for customers.

Logos Consult continues with its existing management and organization

Logos Consult will continue to operate under its own name and brand, with its existing management team and employees. The company’s previous owners, CEO Peter Frøbert and Flemming Mortensen, both remain operationally involved, and both are reinvesting part of their proceeds in CCIT Group, becoming co-owners of the group.

Third acquisitions of 2026

Logos Consult is CCIT Group’s third acquisition this year. Business Central specialist Nubiz joined the group in March and established the ERP business area, followed in June by AI company Discoverr. Together, the three acquisitions add more than DKK 100M in annual revenue to CCIT Group.

The acquisitions are a part of CCIT Group’s strategy of combining organic growth with investments in specialized IT and technology companies. The group expects to continue developing its ERP & AI business area through both organic growth and further acquisitions.

Pride Capital Partners invested in CCIT Group in 2025 and has since supported the group’s buy-and-build strategy.
