Clearwater advises the shareholder of Huber Bandfabrik on its sale to a private investor
We have advised the shareholder of Huber Bandfabrik, a specialist producer of narrow technical fabrics, on its sale to a private investor, Arne Vraalsen.
In its 160-year history, Huber Bandfabrik has developed into a leading company in the field of narrow technical fabrics. In addition to products such as circular woven filter sleeves, it has supplied over 400 million metres of lift tape, Texband, to various manufacturers of external Venetian blinds.
The shareholder, Thomas Huber, is justifiably proud to have managed and developed this traditional company during the fourth generation and is taking the opportunity to hand over the management of the company to competent hands.
As a new shareholder and Managing Director Arne Vraalsen, an experienced entrepreneur and investor with a proven track record, is taking over Huber Bandfabrik alongside the subsidiary Brandenburg-TK in Grevenbroich, Germany. The companies will remain reliable, efficient, and competent partners for all customers throughout Europe.
„In our 160-year company history, hard work, pioneering spirit, the courage to take risks, and a little luck have shaped a flourishing company. We look forward to a continued and successful future under new ownership.“ – Thomas Huber, Owner and Managing Director, Huber Bandfabrik
„It is an honour for me to succeed Thomas Huber as Owner and Managing Director, to continue the strong legacy at Huber Bandfabrik and Brandenburg-TK in the same spirit as today.“ – Arne Vraalsen, Private Investor
