Clearwater advises the shareholders of Experica on its sale to Europart Group
We have advised Experica S.p.a., a leading Italian distributor of spare parts for heavy vehicles, on its sale to Europart Group GmbH, leading European partner for commercial vehicle workshops and fleet operators. Experica’s current shareholders will reinvest in the group and continue to perform their managerial role in coordination with Europart’s management team.
Experica, headquartered in Milan with its administrative office in Padua, specialises in the distribution of spare parts for industrial and commercial vehicles, trailers, and buses. Established in 2018 through the merger of Revarc and Tecnautocar, two entities with complementary business models, Experica has become one of the leading companies in the aftermarket sector for industrial vehicles in Italy. The company operates a network of branches strategically located across Northern Italy, including Alessandria, Bergamo, Bologna, Brescia, Cuneo, Milan, Padua, Rimini, Turin, Varese, and Verona, ensuring extensive territorial coverage and prompt delivery services.
Europart Group is the leading partner for commercial vehicle workshops and operators of truck, trailer, transporter, and bus fleets in the European independent aftermarket, with more than 400,000 parts and 300 sales outlets in 27 countries.
This strategic acquisition will enable significant operational and commercial synergies, combining Experica’s positive growth, having recorded approximately €100m in revenue in 2024, with Europart Group’s €550m annual revenue.
Joining Europart will allow us to further accelerate our growth beyond the already positive trajectory we have achieved over the past seven years, during which we have delivered outstanding results and performances we can only be proud of, especially considering the particularly complex historical and economic context we are operating.
