Clearwater International advises Livingbridge on the sale of Vendigital to Siemens Advanta
Clearwater International has advised Livingbridge on the sale of Vendigital, a management consultant delivering data-led accelerated cost transformation, to Siemens Advanta (Siemens).
Founded in 2000, Vendigital provides its blue-chip clients with data-led transformation programmes which identify and solve complex cost and supply chain challenges. The firm combines consulting expertise with a proprietary digital platform to help its clients achieve measurable and sustainable cost reductions. The firm’s clients face a number of operational challenges, such as M&A and digital disruption, with pressures on cost, efficiencies and operating models.
Livingbridge’s investment in Vendigital in 2018 helped the firm to better cater for strong market demand for its services and supported its growth aspirations. This included further building out the team, embedding new sales and project margin management approaches and refreshing the digital platform to make it truly best-in-class.
Since then, Vendigital has established itself as one of the UK’s leading management consultants. Its market positioning has been recognised by bodies such as the Management Consultancies Association; it was ranked in Forbes’ Top 50 World’s Best Management Consulting Firms for 2022 and it has appeared in the Financial Times’ Top 20 Leading Management Consultancies in the UK for the past three consecutive years.
The business has delivered significant organic growth during Livingbridge’s tenure. Since April 2020, Vendigital has seen a 3x increase per annum in the number of client wins delivering a c.60% uplift in revenue.
