This encompassed conducting a comprehensive evaluation of the shop platform and overall e-commerce ecosystem, delving into its architecture, infrastructure, scalability, as well as key capabilities of supporting systems for warehouse and order management, logistics, GTM, marketing, and more.
Furthermore, Code & Co. examined Bierothek’s strategic vision and future plans, customer support practices, operational processes, and notably, the organization’s capacity to effectively expand in response to heightened demands.
