Code & Co. advises Yttrium on Tech & Product Due Diligence ahead of its investment in Eye-Able®, a SaaS provider for more accessibility and digital participation

Eye-Able®, Germany’s top web accessibility software, just scored €20 million in new funding. The round was led by B2B tech fund Yttrium and Dieter Schlosser, ex-CEO of SoftwareONE, investing through his fund 5I Ventures. Existing investors include German national football team captain and FC Bayern Munich star Joshua Kimmich and former BMW CEO Harald Krüger.

Scope of work

Code & Co. conducted Tech & Product Due Diligence for Yttrium. The scope included evaluating Eye-Able’s technical architecture, infrastructure, technology stack, and cybersecurity measures.

Additionally, Code & Co. assessed Eye-Able’s product roadmap, operational processes, and customer-focused strategies, emphasizing opportunities for AI integration and enhanced system integrations.

The assessment concluded with a review of Eye-Able’s engineering team, software development lifecycle, and quality assurance practices, highlighting its well-managed technical debt and preparation for ISO 27001 certification.
