Main Capital Partners has announced its majority investment in Swiss workforce management specialist POLYPOINT AG. This transaction marks Main Capital Partners’ first platform investment in Switzerland and reinforces its commitment to supporting innovative software companies in the DACH region. Through this strategic partnership, Main will support POLYPOINT in accelerating its SaaS transformation and drive investments in next-generation, AI-powered, cloud-based solutions.
Scope of Work
Code & Co. performed Tech & Product Due Diligence for Main Capital Partners.
The scope included analyzing POLYPOINT’s workforce management platform, including its architecture, infrastructure, technology stack, security posture, and ongoing modernization toward a cloud-based environment.
Code & Co. also reviewed the company’s product roadmap, integration capabilities, scalability, and AI capabilities. The analysis also included the company’s engineering organization, software development lifecycle, and quality management processes.
