Scope of Work
Code & Co. provided Tech & Product Due Diligence to STP and its investor, Bregal Unternehmerkapital, focusing on a comprehensive analysis of Knowliah’s modular B2B SaaS software platform, its architecture, tech choices, scalability, and cybersecurity. Code & Co. evaluated the company’s USPs, such as its AI/NLP capabilities and patent-protected features, from both a technology and product perspective. Further, Code & Co. assessed the company’s roadmap, rollout and customer support operations, and internal processes such as the company’s agile software development life cycle.
