Gimv has announced a minority investment in Quality Guard, a fast-growing Belgian food tech company that is redefining how businesses in foodservice and food retail manage food safety and compliance.
Scope of Work
Code & Co. reviewed QualityGuard’s SaaS platform, assessing its architecture, infrastructure, technology stack, and security foundations.The review also covered the company’s product vision and roadmap, integration strategy, and modernization efforts to enhance scalability and cross-platform capabilities.
Finally, Code & Co. evaluated the engineering organization, software development lifecycle, and quality assurance practices to support remediation and sustainable growth.
