Great Hill Partners, (“Great Hill”), a private equity firm that invests in high-growth, disruptive companies, has announced that it has agreed to make a majority investment in Peter Park System GmbH (“the Company”), a leading provider of digital parking solutions. Great Hill’s investment will support the accelerated build-out of Peter Park’s salesforce and technology, expand the Company’s footprint, and help continue executing its ambitious growth strategy.
Scope of Work
Code & Co. conducted a comprehensive audit of Peter Park’s architecture, infrastructure, technology stack, cybersecurity, and integration capabilities.
Additionally, Code & Co. analyzed Peter Park’s product roadmap and integration capabilities. Further, the company’s advanced AI capabilities and AI/ML platform strategy were assessed.
The evaluation concluded with a review of the company’s team structure, engineering organization, software development lifecycle, and automation practices.
