About the transaction
A multi-disciplinary Deloitte team successfully advised the current shareholders of Ankerkraut, a leading innovative spice manufacturer in the DACH region, on the sales of shares in Ankerkraut to Nestlé through the preparation of Financial and Tax Fact Books.
