Deloitte advised EOS Partners (“EOS”) on the acquisition of be-solutions GmbH (“be-solutions”), an IT-managed services and security provider.
About the transaction
A multi-disciplinary Deloitte team successfully advised EOS on the acquisition of be-solutions, an IT-managed services and security provider. Through this acquisition, EOS’s accompio GmbH (“accompio”; formerly IT Solutions Holding GmbH) expands its geographic presence and customer base. The management team consisting of Simon Berger and Felix Zöbisch will continue to drive the business as managing directors and co-shareholders.
The Deloitte team was led by David Krüger, Transaction Services partner, supported by Sébastien Catteau and Marina Zickert. Deloitte’s IT and software industry expertise, integrated approach and focused execution strongly supported EOS in this transaction.

Founded in 2000, be-solutions employs 35 experts in the areas of managed services, client/server infrastructure, IT service helpdesk, and communication/conference solutions. be-solutions is based in Grasbrunn, near Munich and has further locations in Essen and Leipzig.
