About the transaction

The Deloitte Corporate Finance Advisory team (“Deloitte”) in Munich, led by Markus Schwenke (Managing Director) and supported by Ilenia Baldelli, Florian Uhl and Felix Demann, successfully advised GloryFeel GmbH (the “Company” or “GloryFeel”) on the transaction as lead M&A advisor. Deloitte provided sell side advisory services throughout the entire M&A process, in particular in preparation phase, due diligence and contract negotiations.

About GloryFeel GmbH
GloryFeel is a leading European direct to consumer (D2C) online provider of health and well-being consumer products in the vitamins, minerals and supplements market (VMS). Based in Hamburg, Germany the Company’s business model is entirely D2C based and its own branded products and offerings are available on its own online shops as well as on the most relevant online marketplaces. GloryFeel was able to grow its revenue at a CAGR of close to 40% between 2018 and 2021, primarily driven by their success in the German market as well as by expanding across Europe and building a presence in China.
