About the transaction
Deloitte supported TNG, a leading integrated German FTTH platform headquartered in Kiel, with a financial vendor due diligence in securing a €325m financing package. This funding will support TNG’s growth ambition, with the support of its largest shareholder ICG Infra, to provide FTTH to more than 500,000 homes within the next four years. Deloitte’s extensive experience in the fibre sector was fully leveraged in this successful finance raising and further underscores its track record in advising in infrastructure financings. The team was led by David Krüger, Transaction Services Partner, supported by Chris Fisher, Transaction Services Director and Muntazir Manek and Faraz Potia. Deloitte’s strong fibre expertise, collaborative approach and focused execution strongly supported the financing.
