digatus advises Mutares on the acquisition of Permasteelisa España from the Permasteelisa Group as add-on investment for the Donges Group
digatus has carried out the IT due diligence for Mutares, a German private equity company, as part of its acquisition of Permasteelisa España from the Permasteelisa Group, a leading provider of facade cladding solutions on the Iberian Peninsula. It is Mutares‘ first transaction in Spain and already the sixth buyside transaction this year.
