EasyTranslate Advances Nordic AI Roll-up with Second Danish Agency Acquisition
Following its transition into a new equity-led growth phase, EasyTranslate today announced the acquisition of the Danish translation agency Translated By Us. This milestone is the first executed under EasyTranslate’s institutional partnership with Pride Capital Partners (PCP), Danske Bank Growth, and Export and Investment Fund of Denmark (EIFO), and marks the second successful integration building on the September 2024 acquisition of World Translation.
A SaaS-Enabled AI Roll-up
EasyTranslate is pioneering a SaaS-enabled roll-up of the fragmented language services market. By migrating boutique agency operations onto its proprietary HumanAI platform, the company is proving that traditional service models can be successfully upgraded into a high-margin LangOps ecosystem.
The acquisition of Translated By Us integrates their long-standing public sector client base into the EasyTranslate network. This move secures Nordic leadership and serves as the operational blueprint for European expansion as the company accelerates growth within the public sector.
