EIGHT ADVISORY GERMANY advised Gimv and its portfolio company, Medi-Markt Homecare GmbH on the acquisition of mediclean Home Care Service GmbH as part of a succession plan.

Eight Advisory Germany supported the portfolio company of Gimv in their successful acquisition of mediclean Home Care Service GmbH with buy side financial due diligence.

The Mannheim based firm has acquired mediclean Home Care Service GmbH “mediclean”, a leading provider of the care sector with strong presence in eastern Germany, from its founder and majority owner, as part of a succession plan.

Gimv, a leading European investor specializing in the healthcare sector, has acquired mediclean through its portfolio company Medi-Markt, which it acquired in 2018. Goal of the acquisition is to develop the companies and further consolidate and expand its current market position.

The parties have agreed not to disclose the financial details of the transaction.
