Eight Advisory provided buy-side financial and tax due diligence and tax structuring services to IK Partners’ portfolio company MÜPRO as part of the acquisition of MSS Building Services Ltd.
Headquartered in Dublin, Ireland, MSS provides a comprehensive range of mechanical and electrical support systems, including bespoke prefabricated solutions for complex infrastructure environments, with experience in high-performance and mission-critical settings including datacentre construction and fit-outs.
This represents MÜPRO’s second acquisition since the investment by IK Partners and is part of its long-term strategy to become a leading European player in the pipe fastening market. The transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals.
