We are happy to share that GENTIUM Partners have advised the owners of HR Diagnostics AG (“HRD”) and S & F Personalpsychologie Managementberatung GmbH (“S&F”) (together the “HRD Group”) as exclusive M&A advisor on the sale of 100% of their shareholding to Assessio (“Assessio”), a portfolio company of Pollen Street Capital, a London based Private Equity Fund.
Headquartered in Germany, HRD is renowned for its innovative and scientifically validated assessment solutions. These tools are designed to support organisations in their hiring processes, employee development, and talent management strategies. S&F, founded in 1998, serves as the parent company of HR Diagnostics and specialises in the tailor-made development and execution of psychological aptitude assessment procedures. S&F and HRD serve more than 250 clients, including prominent names like Volkswagen, Mercedes, BASF, federal authorities and other, operating from locations in Stuttgart, Munich, and Berlin.
Assessio is the leading assessment company in the Nordic region, with decades-long experience, expertise in HR, technology and psychology combined with extensive data. Assessio provides recruiters and HR with a modern, data-driven and innovative way to support decision-making in recruitment, development and performance, with the vision “Zero Talent Waste”.
