German CXM Software Provider moveXM announces Further Expansion of the German-Dutch Group

moveXM, a pioneering SaaS provider for Customer Experience Management (CXM), announces the strategic acquisition of Inceptivize BV. Inceptivize is one of the leading Dutch SaaS providers for Customer Experience Measurement, specializing incustomer feedback in the social housing sector („woningbouwcorporatie“). The acquisition, supported by Pride Capital Partners, marks another significant milestone in moveXM’s journey to meet the growing demand for user-friendly CXM solutions and, in particular, the specific needs of relevant market segments.

Founded in 2012, Inceptivize BV has carved out a niche in the field of customer experience management for housing associations („woningbouwcorporatie“) in the Netherlands, enhancing satisfactionin this market segment through its advanced feedback management (SaaS) and extensive consulting expertise. In recent years, Inceptivize has developed into a significant player in this area and is known for its pragmatic approach and customized solutions that seamlessly integrate with the IT systems of housingcompanies.

Through the merger of the two companies, clients in the social housing sector will now benefit from even more expertise and technological innovations, such as the use of AI and the stronger integration of employee feedback.
