German CXM software provider moveXM announces two Dutch Addons with support from Pride Capital Partners

These acquisitions, backed by Pride Capital Partners, mark a significant milestone in moveXM´s journey to cater to the increasing demand for easy-to-use CXM solutions across the European market, serving needs along the entire CXM maturity spectrum.
Founded in 2001, the Feeddex Group has carved a niche in customer and employee research, enhancing satisfaction through advanced feedback management SaaS. Their offerings include a stateof-the-art, multilingual application backed by an in-house development team, serving a diverse national and international client base. Feeddex BV and its sister company 5-Star Specialist BV (formerly 5-sterrenspecialist) bring to moveXM a rich portfolio of tailor-made feedback and reputation management tools designed to elevate customer and employee experiences across strategic, operational, and tactical levels.
The merger significantly expands product and service offerings for the three entities, enabling the new group to cater to a broader range of customer segments and needs, thereby fueling the joint growth ambitions.
