Die Peek & Cloppenburg Gruppe mit Zentralen in Düsseldorf und Wien erwirbt die dänische Kaufhauskette Magasin du Nord. Verkäuferin ist die britische Kaufhauskette Debenhams. Magasin du Nord wurde 1868 gegründet und betreibt Geschäfte an sieben Standorten in Dänemark sowie einen Onlineshop. Mit der Übernahme des dänischen Einzelhändlers stärkt Peek & Cloppenburg seine Position als einer der führenden Multi-Brand Omnichannel-Modeanbieter in Europa.
