Telescope Advisory Partners advised KLAR Partners Limited (“KLAR Partners” or “KLAR”) with Commercial Due Diligence services for its investment in hallo, Group B.V. (“hallo,”), a leading Dutch-based provider of mission-critical IT services for SMEs. KLAR Partners will invest as a growth partner alongside the present owners, Vortex Capital Partners and hallo,’s management.

Founded in 2020, hallo,’s automated services platform provides small and medium-sized clients (SME) with a one-stop-shop for mission-critical IT services. As a multi-vendor service provider, the company offers a broad range of services such as Microsoft modern workplace, security, communication/UC, connectivity/SD-Wan, Dynamics CRM, and Data Warehousing/Power BI.

By focusing on standardization and automation with its scalable platform, hallo, is active in the strongly growing SME market. Its automated and proprietary technology allows it to further scale and expand internationally, especially into the larger underserved markets across Europe. ‘hallo,’ benefits from a strong culture and brand towards customers and employees which is led by a diverse and energetic management team.
