Leverest assists on leveraged buyout of an engineering company with a double-digit million € debt ticket
The Leverest digital platform supported a leading investor with a double-digit million € acquisition financing on a leveraged buyout transaction in the engineering sector. The company was sold as part of a succession solution and will form the nucleus for a larger buy-and-build strategy in this sector. Investor and company will remain undisclosed at this point in time. The senior loan was provided by a single lender to partly finance the purchase price. The transaction closed in October 2021.
