CLARUS Films
CLARUS Films GmbH is the largest independent supplier of unprinted packaging and technical films in Europe, majority owned by PREMIUM Equity Partners and co-investor Kapital 1852, a subsidiary of Hauck Aufhäuser Lampe Privatbank AG. The company is positioned as a value-added reseller in the value chain of the film market and connects with film producers and enhancers as well as industrial processors and end users. The company provides customers with a unique product mix of standard and customized films utilizing both classical materials as well as recyclable and renewable raw materials that can be composted.

The Deal
The capital raise for CLARUS replaced the existing debt facilities with a financing solution from strong regional bank partners providing both flexibility and resources for continued growth at lower cost.
