Lupp + Partner hat Perwyn, ein privat finanzierter Private Equity Investor und Wachstumskapitalgeber beim Erwerb der Barfer’s Wellfood GmbH beraten. Barfer’s Wellfood ist ein führender deutscher Produzent und Anbieter von Hunde- und Katzennahrung für die biologisch artgerechte Rohfütterung (BARF) mit Sitz in Berlin. Perwyn, die bislang vorwiegend in Unternehmen im Vereinigten Königreich und Frankreich investierten, erwarb erstmals ein Unternehmen in Deutschland.

Die Transaktion unterstreicht die Expertise von Lupp + Partner bei der Beratung von ausländischen Investoren im Rahmen von Private Equity und Venture Capital Transaktionen betreffend deutsche Unternehmen. Zudem ist dies auch die erste Transaktion von Lupp + Partner, bei der das neue M&A Team in Berlin eingebunden war.
